KUBIK requests access to your device’s location solely because modern mobile operating systems (particularly Android) require this permission to scan for and communicate with nearby Bluetooth devices. This is a system-level requirement—Bluetooth beacons can be used to infer your location, so the OS mandates location access to protect your privacy.
We never access, read, collect, or store your actual

The app only uses the permission to discover and connect to
Bluetooth accessories. No location data is processed or leaves
your device.
KUBIK does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. There are no advertisements, no analytics frameworks, and no cloud services involved.
Since the app does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages. No knowingly data collection from children under 13 takes place, as no data is collected from anyone.
Even though we don’t store any user data, we still apply industry-standard practices to ensure the app remains secure and resistant to unauthorized access. All Bluetooth communication is local to your device and under your control.
